不動産屋というのは、昔から「千三屋（せんみつや）」といわれ、「千に三つのことしか本当のことを言わない」といわれるほど、言っていることが当てになら ないことが多い。 現在は「千回営業して三回成果が上がる」それほど営業が難しい意味での営業用語の一つとなっている。
